After 6 months of hard work with excellent engineers from RoyalHaskoningDHV, KCI,Marin, Keppel verolme and van Hattum en Blankenvoort, we have finalized the Monobase GBF design for the Borselle Kavel 5 Demonstrator location. Waterdepth 38 m, turbine size 6-8 MW. The result is a low cost concrete structure with simple details like the J-tube-, sliding- and ballast systems.
