Monobasewind has been awarded with a substantial subsidy from the Netherlands Ministry of economic affairs for the further devlopment of the MonobaseWind concept. This grant is part of the TKI Wind programme to stimulate innovations for offshore wind.
The subsidy is intended for the basic design of a full scale prototype to be installed at the Borselle Kavel V demonstrator field.
MonobaseWind has teamed up with partners Royal HaskoningDHV and MARIN for this project.
